This work presents a classic Taoist dialogue in which two practitioners engage in a sustained exploration of the correspondences between macrocosm (the universe, nature, celestial bodies) and microcosm (humans, body, mind). Through a hundred questions and answers, it reveals how Taoist metaphysics conceptualises the dynamic interrelation of cosmic forces, yin-yang polarities, the five classical elements, and the cycles of transformation. In doing so it offers the reader insight into the more esoteric and symbolic side of Taoist thought, where human life is read as a reflection of universal patterns. Beyond philosophical exposition the book functions as a practical guide for contemplative and ritual-minded readers: it shows how the macro-micro correspondences can be applied to self-cultivation, health, ethical conduct and spiritual alignment. By bridging cosmology and lived practice, the dialogue invites one to see one’s own body and mind as part of the great process of change and interaction in the cosmos.
